KLAS Enterprises is looking to hire a part time editor to refine research-collected commentary for publication. Specifically, the editor ensures that the comments are well written, grammatically correct, and consistent with internal guidelines. The
editor edits information focusing on the healthcare information technology industry and performs other duties related to editing and data processing.
- Extensive knowledge of copyediting rules
- Familiarity with The Chicago Manual of Style
- Ability to complete tasks on time
- Strong communication skills
- Ability and desire to rapidly learn new and broad-reaching healthcare and technology-related concepts
- Detail oriented and hardworking
- An editing minor preferred
This position offers between $10.00 and $11.00 per hour to start, depending on experience. The part-time editor is also eligible to participate in our 401K and gym discount programs, not to mention a great working environment.
